Mark Nejame has more than 25 years experience as a criminal defense
attorney defending high-profile clients with serious charges.
Mark has been a lecturer at the Florida Police Chief's Association, the
Orange County Sheriff's Department Drug Unit, and the Federal Sentencing
Guideline Seminar. He was also a panelist on public television on "Ask
a Lawyer."

Michael
Lafay graduated from the American University Law
School in Washington, D.C. in 1983. Michael is board
certified in Criminal Trial Law by the Florida Bar
and has achieved an "AV" rating overall,

Jancha
Rick
L. Jancha graduated from the University of Notre
Dame Law School in 1977. Rick started his legal
career as a criminal
attorney defending drug trafficking cases, white collar cases and numerous homicide
and death penalty cases. He then worked 21 years
with the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Middle District
of Florida before joining the firm.

Barker
Eric
Barker earned his B.A. degree at the University of
Florida in 1989, J.D. at the University of Florida
1992. H e was the winner of the Franklin Graham Award,
given to the outstanding Assistant Public Defender
of the year, 1996, and selected to Marquis Who's
Who of American Law, 1998.

Joshi
Rajan
Joshi received his BA from the University of Central
FL in 1996, and received his Law Degree with Honors
from the University of Florida College of Law in
2000. He scored among the Top Five Highest Scores
in the Bar Exam for the State of Florida.
